When and how can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hrs. before it reaches the “Order shipped” state. Please send an email to info@uniquepublishers.in within 24 hrs. to initiate the cancellation process.Your payment will be refunded within 3-5 working days.

What do I do in case I receive a defective/damaged book from Unique Publishers India Pvt. Ltd.?

We adhere to stringent quality controls for packaging and shipping. If you receive a defective or damaged book from us, we are committed to assisting you.

For customers in India:

If a book delivered by Unique Publishers India Pvt. Ltd. arrives in a damaged or defective condition, please email pictures of the damage at the time of opening the package to info@uniquepublishers.in for a replacement. Kindly return the damaged book to us, and upon receipt, we will promptly dispatch a replacement copy. Additionally, we will reimburse you for the costs incurred in returning the damaged book. If the book is out of stock, you will be eligible for an immediate refund.

For international customers:

In the rare event of receiving a damaged or defective book, please email pictures of the damage at the time of opening the package to info@uniquepublishers.in. We will address such cases on an individual basis.

How can I return a product ordered from Unique Publishers India Pvt. Ltd.?

If you wish to return the book(s) you ordered, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment by emailing info@uniquepublishers.in. You may return any unopened book(s) in its original packaging for a refund or Gift Certificate equivalent to the purchase amount. Please note, shipping costs incurred by you will not be compensated.
