1. How can I place an order?

3. Can I modify my order after placing it?
Order modifications are possible only before shipment. Please contact us immediately with your Order ID.

We accept: Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, UPI and other digital payment methods.
5. Is online payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store card or banking details.
6. Do you store debit/credit card information?
No. We do not store card numbers, CVV, or banking credentials.

7. How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
8. How long does delivery take?
Within India: 5–10 business days after dispatch. International: Depends on destination and customs clearance.
9. How can I track my order?
Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
10. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is available. Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are to be paid by the customer.
11. What if my order is delayed?
Delays may occur due to courier issues or unforeseen circumstances. Contact us if delivery exceeds the expected timeframe.

Yes, orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting customer support.
13. Can I cancel an order after shipment?
No. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled, but returns may be requested as per policy.
14. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
15. What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
Please contact us immediately with order details and relevant proofs. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
17. Will shipping charges be refunded?
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
