1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Before Shipment
* You may request cancellation before your order is processed for shipment.

* Once we confirm your cancellation request, your order will be cancelled and a refund will be initiated.
1.2 After Shipment
* If your order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation is not possible. In this case, you may return the item under the Return & Refund section below.
