Shipping policy

1. Order Processing & Shipment

* All orders received on our website will be processed within 2–3 business days from the date of order confirmation, provided the items are in stock. 
* Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. 
* Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details , including the courier partner name and tracking ID.
* Customers are responsible for checking the delivery address before placing the order. We are not liable for delays arising from incorrect delivery information.

2. Shipping Charges

* Domestic shipping charges within India are based on standard courier rates.
* Free shipping offers (if any) will be highlighted on the product page or at checkout.
* For international deliveries, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight — the customer bears all international duties, taxes, customs fees, or levies. 

3. Estimated Delivery Time

* Within India: Once dispatched, delivery generally takes between 5 to 10 business days depending on your location and the courier service used. 
* International Orders: Delivery timelines vary widely by destination and courier network. Estimated dates will be provided at checkout or by email once shipped.

4. Tracking Your Order

* After shipping, you will receive a tracking ID and courier details by email or SMS.
* You can use this information on the courier partner’s website (e.g., FedEx/Speed Post or others) to track delivery status.
* If tracking information is not available, please contact customer support with your order number.

5. Delivery Issues & Delay

* Delays can occasionally occur due to logistical issues, local holidays, remote delivery locations, or courier partner constraints.
* Unique Publishers India Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for delays attributable to the courier service, governmental delays, extreme weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
* If your order is significantly delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please reach out to our support team with your order number.

6. Partial Shipments

* In cases where some items in your order are out of stock, we may ship the available items first and dispatch the remaining items once they are restocked.
* You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment if this occurs.

7. International Duties & Taxes

* International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or other fees imposed by their country. These costs are separate from the shipping charges and must be paid by the recipient.
