S. T. Coleridge: Selected Poems
Samuel Taylor Coleridge, along with William Wordsworth, was instrumental in initiating a poetic revolution in the early nineteenth century which is known as the romantic movement. Coleridge is perhaps best known for his haunting ballad Rime of the Ancient Mariner, the dream-like Kubla Khan, and the unfinished Christabel, but he wrote several other smaller poems as well, quite remarkable for their imaginative power. The present edition of S. T. Coleridge's: Selected Poems incorporates the following features:
- Authentic Texts of the Major Poems
- Detailed Annotations and Explanations of Important Passages
- Critical Summary and Appreciation of Each Poem
- Critical Analysis and Discussion on Coleridge's Poetic Style and other Textual Aspects
- Important University Questions with Answers
