Administrative Service (IAS) officer who retired after 38 years of distinguished service, M.B.A. from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad and B.A. (Honours) Economics from St. Stephen’s College Delhi. He retired as the Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh (Executive head of the state). Established leader, with extensive experience of administration cutting across a wide variety of sectors concerned with economics, finance, education, urban development, industrial governance, district administration, and others. An established thought leader and public speaker, he has given talks at various educational and business forums such as Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Uttar Pradesh Academy of Administration, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI), Lucknow Management Association, and many more.
